Weak On Crime NW Has Caused The Death Of Another Person

2 Tacoma area teenagers were placed on house arrest after a violent armed robbery rather than put in jail where they belong to keep everyone safe. Now they've done what you would expect criminals to do, they are on the run, after allegedly killing another man during a second armed robbery.
