Learn to meditate. We will post a video series to help you learn to relax, focus, calm down, fight anxiety and insomnia. This is the fourth video and, in this series, we'll start with quick meditations and increase the time to other videos. It doesn't cover much. Just relax, pay attention to your breath, try to notice the details in the sounds, smells and touch of objects and clothes on your skin. We can't always empty our minds, and that's normal.
