Did you know there is a cream cheese shortage? It's real people! In my area, depending on the day of the week and the store you are shopping, the cream cheese section has nearly nothing! We enjoy having whipped cream cheese on hand to spread on bagels and eat with fresh cut veggies. The whipped variety can be hard to come by but never fear! I have the answer in this video for a quick and easy whipped cream cheese using one brick of commercial cream cheese and a little bit of heavy cream. This is going to be a quick answer if you like the whipped variety. I also understand that you may not be able to get any kind of cream cheese and I can tell you that the availability has been sporadic to say the least. Again, never fear! I can teach you how to make a quick and easy homemade cream cheese with only a few ingredients. I used one 8 ounce brick of softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup of heavy cream, whipped together to make the whipped cream cheese that is perfectly spreadable for your toast or bagel or for turning into a flavored dip! There are a lot of uses here. Your imagination is your only limit!
