Exercise Flintlock 2022

February 15, 2022 - Ghana and British Armed Forces conduct weapons training at a 400M zeroing range near base camp Loumbila, in Côte d'Ivoire.
February 17, 2022 - Ghana and British Armed Forces use tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) techniques during a mass casualty training event at Exercise Flintlock 2022, in Côte d'Ivoire.
February 17, 2022 - Ghana Special Forces Soldiers conduct patrols and close quarter battle (CQB) training during Flintlock, in Côte d'Ivoire.

Flintlock is an annual, African-led, combined military and law enforcement exercise that has strengthened key partner-nation forces throughout Africa, in partnership with international special operations forces, since 2005.
Flintlock involves various training lanes such as weapons ranges, TCCC and close quarter combat training areas where soldiers can learn and develop tactical skills.
Flintlock helps strengthen the ability of allies and partners to counter violent extremism and provide security for their people.
