MyRetrozz Sega Super GT Local 4 player splitscreen

This is a dev test of Sega Model 3 Multiplayer Network - 4 players on local machine split screen.

Note: Controls were not configured (yet) so only controlling top left car..

Final version will have 1, 2, 3, or 4 player option available via menu.
