Hi Awesome Humans!
Let's just be. I love going to the park, closing my eyes, and grounding myself in the surroundings. Simply listening in silence. No voice overs. No soundtrack. Just intentional focus on the peaceful present moment. A mindful meditation that allows thoughts to come and go. Accepting then releasing.

After meditation, I proceed to do a brief and short yoga routine to help my muscles, joints, and ligaments get warm, mobile and strong. Hope you can find some peace and solace from this video.
