68

RaDonda Vaught is a nurse who through medical error injected a patient with the wrong drug (a paralytic), causing her death. Most unusually (as in so unusual you would be hard pressed to find other examples), she is on trial for manslaughter and faces 12 years in prison. We will go over the trial and review the evidence and the theory of the case, and discuss the implications of this prosecution.
