Senator Joe Manchin is willing to pay “10 cents” more per gallon if it means banning Russian oil in support of Ukraine. The Majority Report crew discuss how Manchin rejected the child tax credit because of ‘inflation,’ but sees no issue when pertaining to oil. The MR crew also talk about how there is a push for the United States to be energy independent by increasing domestic fossil fuel production, and the idea of nationalizing oil by not allowing private entities to sell it on the international market.
