Preparing Lobster Tails on top of shell

In this video I show you how to prepare a Lobster tail on top of the shell for grilling or baking. The we grill them along with an aged New York Strip steak. I make a Saffron butter glaze for the Lobster and sear the steak to perfection all on the Alfresco 56".
