Project Baywater: Setting a Stage 1

I like to use The Sims 3 (I hope to switch over to Paralives in the future) to help me plan my settings for art and to play with ideas for my characters, and here is a home I am working for the next setting within Baywater, Texas (my setting where Lanny lives).
It will be used to help me plan the backgrounds for my next animation project.
