Use of phosphorus ammunition is BANNED by the UN

The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, published footage of the alleged use of phosphorus ammunition by Ukrainian security forces.

The US was accused of using this in Iraq, and the Israelis were also accused in the past.
