Thanks to Mary Catherine for suggesting that I have a go at a musical setting for this poem by Rudyard Kipling:

I guess we have a fascination with figures of power, Julius Caesar, Genghis Khan, Adolf Hitler, Vladimir Putin. Partially out of fear, but also maybe wondering what it takes to get and hold that much power.
