In the last few weeks, a lot has been said about the death of Amir Locke. But what can gun rights groups do about it? In this episode of Minute Man Moment, Phil talks about what GOA's consistent opinion has been on no-knock raids, and how we're fighting for gun owners' rights. Specifically, he talks about GOA's amicus brief from Quinn v. Texas back in 2014. The case came down to the question of whether law enforcement can execute a no-knock warrant for the sole reason a citizen had chosen to exercise his Second Amendment right to keep a firearm in his house for self-defense? GOA's answer is no.

Watch for more on the case and our full argument.
