Civil Magistrates: "Ye Are All Gods"?

An exposition of a difficult passage in Psalm 82, cited by the Lord Jesus in John chapter 10, where Jesus plainly confirmed both the translation and authority of the statement at Psalm 82:6, "I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High." The purpose of the Psalm is to reprimand civil magistrates and judges for their perversion of justice - as we all too often see taking place in our courts today.
