President Joe Biden's Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, whose name is sometimes stylized as "KBJ" recently finished the third and final day of her confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Jackson was grilled on many issues, from her leniency regarding people convicted of child sex crimes, to her involvement in a school that pushes anti-racist/critical race theroy literature, and her fundamental lack of a judicial philosophy. Indeed, during these hearings Brown was famously asked to define "what is a woman" by Sen. Marsha Blackburn, to which she claimed "I am not a biologist" and thus declined to answer the question.
