Biden Announces New Ukraine Aid, Russia Sanctions

President Joe Biden says the U.S. and its Western allies are pledging billions of dollars in humanitarian aid for Ukraine as well as new sanctions against Russia in response to Vladimir Putin's invasion of its neighbor.
