Obtaining an Authorization To Carry in Canada - The Paper Work

I suppose it appeals to only a small segment of Canadians (although a 1,000 trappers in each provinces could probably apply), but I think shedding some light on this topic is worthwhile anyway. In this video I explain the process of completing the complex paperwork required when applying for an Authorization To Carry. To do it properly, I usually fire off a total of 22 pages worth (including supporting documentation), so there is plenty to consider here.

Perhaps many do not apply on account of not knowing how to navigate this process. If I see this video is popular, I will make another 3 on this topic: One showing an actual Proof Of Proficiency test (POP), one covering shooting basics for the POP and another covering additional documentation needed when applying.
