A message from John Franklin:
I’m running for Mayor because I care deeply about the future of Vista. A Safer, Cleaner Vista is my top priority. As your Councilman, I have consistently worked to improve public safety and to meaningfully address the epidemic of homelessness which has affected our city and state. I’m proud of what Vista has accomplished in the 8 years I have been a member of the council, but there is much more work ahead of us as a city to continue to make Vista a city of choice. I’m also focused on improving traffic in Vista, revitalizing and building new parks, while continuing to maintain our focus on fiscal responsibility. I hope I can count on you to join me in the effort for a Safer, Cleaner Vista.
