In this video, went over an excellent way to get the abs chiseled. The abs are a complex group of muscles that need to be trained with strength power endurance coordination, and much more. Try this out and play with the times if you cant do 45-45-45. start 10-10-10 and build up. Consider doing at the end of workout.
