Dave Rubin of “The Rubin Report” talks about Ted Cruz’s questioning of Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson. Cruz appears to confuse Jackson by simply applying the same logic of trans-activists to race and affirmative action. Ketanji Brown Jackson seems stumped by his exposing holes in woke logic and refuses to answer his question. This is after her disastrous moment when she was unable to give Sen. Marsha Blackburn, her definition of a woman.
