2022 Maple Syrup NB Canada

Just want to share a quick video of our 2x4 small brothers lightning evaporator at about 15-20 gallons of evaporation an hour. What started out just a few years ago with 6 taps and making about 1 pint of syrup on our bbq, has become 4-5gallons for our own use each year. Hoping to step it up to 50 gallons next year.
