Exercise, exercise, exercise till it becomes a lifestyle.

Exercise at least 1 1/2 hours, 3 days a week. And that will be enough to keep you healthy and in shape.

In order for this to work you have to be consistent, diet properly, have a workout plan that works for you and when you go to the gym focus on your exercises. Nothing Else!
