Col Douglas Macgregor sits down with Judge Andrew Napolitano on Judging Freedom on 22MAR22 to discuss the war in Ukraine. This is part 2 of 4 clips.

Judge Nap asks the Colonel what Putin really wants. The Colonels states the Russian government has three requirements for peace:

1. A neutral Ukraine (not part of NATO)
2. Give the Russians in Eastern Ukraine autonomy
3. The Colonel doesn't get to one, but the third item is recognition that Crimea is part of Russia

The pair talk about civilian causalities and Col Macgregor puts the civilian causalities in perspective.

The clip finishes with the advice Colonel Macgregor would give President Biden if asked.
