Autism Parents complaints that their Autistic kids are Prompt Dependent Because of ABA "Therapy"

Regional Center (RC) in CA, Kimberly (Kim) Anne Gaines-Williams, a decision-maker for #autistic clients and in charge of the #Autism Department who decides on Vendors & "therapies" for Autistic Children & adults, for the last 18 years, admitted to having complaints from parents that their kids are Prompt Dependent because of ABA. When she was asked what is the treatment for Prompt Dependence caused by ABA, her answer: Treat Prompt Dependence with more Prompts.

This video clip is Another "gem" from the Regional Center and OAH i.e. Kangaroo court that supports Regional Center’s and DDS’s corrupt and False mission and forces ABA abusive therapy for #autistic children.

She was provided w/ Peer Reviewed Research, Evidence Based Research, DOD reports, etc.Like most people at the Regional Center, Kimberly has no qualification to be deemed as an “autism expert” and her role as coordinator of autism services and clinical practitioner is extremely troubling. She has not demonstrated an interest in the well-being and future of children with autism, as evidenced by her incorrect assumptions regarding the diagnosis of autism, her inability to remain current with peer-reviewed research, and her inability to understand the consequences of her interventions on children with autism.

These people that claim to help autistic children, have the audacity to call Autistic kids - ID (Intellectually disabled) , It is very clear who is the ID here, you can actually HEAR them SPEAKING. The fact that Kim is VERBAL & got her PhD 3,000 YRS ago, doesn’t make her smart, educated or knowledgeable. We don’t care how many degrees you have. If you don’t keep up with research, & when we feed them with a silver spoon all the research that proves that ABA is abusive & they still have Cognitive Dissonance, that's another level of stupidity.

Throughout this joke called a “fair” hearing, OAH "judge" Debra Nye Perkins & attorney Ron House jumped to PhD Kim’s to rescue when they felt she was going to incriminate ABA & Regional Center. If they give up on ABA they will lose the golden goose that produces 30 Billion dollars a year. Do you realize how many people benefit & enjoy the money that belong to the families?

1. NEVER EVER believe anything you read from any of OAH “Judge” Hearing decisions. You think it’s a real court with real judges but you don’t know that it is NOT. It’s administrative court, lower than even the lowest trial court.
2. OAH, only provides the public with the written “decision” of the OAH “Judge” so you will miss all the important details and the TRUTH of what really happened.
3. The outcome is always Pre-Determined with a decision and Conclusion ready to go
4. Regional Center is in bed with OAH and DDS

I cannot help but feel disgusted & appalled at how the members of the court cooperated to betray the convicting truth presented in court in order to continue the outdated and abusive practice that is ABA. Whether it was the "judge" who made the decision despite testimonies and evidence against ABA, the disrespectful & apathetic attorney, or the psychologist who is so disconnected from her clients, she has no understanding of their diagnosis or ability…

They are responsible for all the lives that they Should have helped & caused harm just for $$$$ and Power over innocent children & their families.

FYI, There is a big push to conserve #Autistic children (HF as well) &other special needs, kids. The government, DDS, & the horrible Regional Center are involved. Big money, Bought many houses, (Check out Home of Guiding Hands - that gets all their clients from Regional Center), Only Provide ABA abusive "therapy" & drugged these kids with psychiatric prescription meds. Watch out parents, it's happening in every state.

Most Parents and people have "It will never happen to me or my child syndrome". Wake Up! It could be your loved one…..

They are Demonizing #Autistic children, with restricted education and False Diagnosis, That leads to Regional Center together with DDS and OAH as their "Court" or as we call them Kangaroo courts, through Probate Court, isolated, manipulated, & their $$$$ Trust liquidated, Forced - "encourage" Horrible and disgusting - unconstitutional Guardianship/conservatorship and that leads them to abusive Group Homes that is really Human Trafficking &Concentration Camps…

Silence breeds more victims! Speaking out emboldens other victims to come forward.

Those people who commit these horrific crimes agains autistic people and their families, LET them taste from their own medicine. 1.Conserve every one of them 2. Give them ID diagnosis 3. Place them in group homes 4.Drug them with psychiatric prescription meds 5. ABA therapy every day 6. Autistic own court system to smear their names on social media

Claim to be “Professionals” need to vigorously study & learn about the population they treat before they claim to be experts or subsume any director position. When your “treatment” harms-STOP! And if you aren’t sure, then you have not become an expert & you should get back to the research or resign.
