25,913 ballots cannot be validated, unauthorized election databases created contrary to law

Same manipulation discovered in the 2021 Grand Junction Municipal Election, affecting 8,540 ballots that cannot be validated

“...none of the election results from the 2020 General or 2021 Grand Junction Municipal Elections in Mesa County can be considered trustworthy.”

10 batches of ballots recorded as scanned in 47 seconds, “which is physically impossible.”

An unauthorized adjudication database was created *after* the 2020 Election started, in violation of the law, and was not created by Mesa County officials. Not all original ballots were counted
