Welcome to our SECOND Dinosaur Episode! In this dinosaur episode, we will be chased by a T REX so stay alert! We will utilize our dock and jump skills together with our kick and punch techniques. Stay focused!

Online Karate Class for Kids is an activity for the whole family to get involved in, to learn #SelfDefence and #MartialArts. Be sure to train safe by clearing out space around you and practice control by looking before you dock and jump!

Kids will grow in confidence burn energy and be very very active during this lesson with Joe and Captain America which is designed to be a ton of fun, energetic, up tempo and something that kids can do at home.

Martial arts for kids and an active karate brain break session. Short, fast, fun and interactive for kids to engage and have a quick reset to get back to work and continue with their focus.
