Ramzan Kadyrov, The Chechen Republic's leader showed the captured weapons from Biden's military aid to Ukraine, together with the next batch of troops heading out to Ukraine to assist Russia in their ongoing special military operation. Biden on Wednesday, March 16th, announced an $800 million military-aid package to Ukraine.
Ramzan Kadyrov officially promised he'll be able to capture the weapons and use them for Russia.
As we can see in the video, he is very happy from his success :)
