Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy announced the timeline for a special election to replace Rep. Don Young (R-AK), the longest serving member of Congress who passed away last week. The election was set to be unique, using ranked choice voting for the first time, but the fact it is a special election adds a number of additional wrinkles to the process.
