Federal Judge Cautions Other Of Yale Law Students Who Protest A Free Speech Panel

Judge Laurence Silberman cautioned other federal judges about hiring the Yale Law students, that were involved in the recent protest, for clerkships. In my opinion, the Judge's reasoning was pretty sound.
