US Housing Market Update March 2022

We may be 2/3's of the way through March 2022, but the housing market doesn't turn on a dime, here's the updates for 10 of the most populous metros in the United States, as well as other interesting data I've been monitoring regarding the real estate market.

Keep in mind, sometimes people have to move regardless of the market, but for those that can gather information, assess, and understand their local markets or target markets, they can make better decisions about when to buy and sell. Right now, the market is low inventory, high demand, and rising rates, which leads me to believe, a correction is likely soon barring some unforeseen changes.
