SE Wisconsin Weather: Expect heavy rain and thunder through the night

Tonight rain will become more widespread with moderate to heavy rain at times. A few rumbles of thunder aren't out of question. It will remain breezy with east winds gusting to around 30 mph; overnight lows will fall to around 40-degrees.
