Each person has both masculine and feminine energies inside themselves. The polarity between these energies is at the foundation of the natural world and the process of creation. Although human interactions are the playing field to express this polarity in action and take one’s role as a man or woman, one must study these energies and this fundamental principle of polarity within one’s own body to learn how they dance and how to then rightfully engage and relate with people in a healthy way. As a man, this is crucial if you want to be in a harmonious relationship with a woman. How else will you know your rightful position within the polarity? How else will you be able to hold her accountable to her feminine energy the same way she holds you accountable to be a man?
