AMAZON Closes Their $8.5 BILLION Acquisition Of MGM

The news broke a few days ago that the Amazon-MGM deal has finally been closed. For those that can't wait for James Bond or Stargate or Meet Me In St. Louis to become Amazon Exclusives, don't count your chickens before they hatch. For all we know, this could get challenged on grounds of Amazon now owns a Production Company, are a Distributor, and Manufacture devices to watch said content. IMO, these are legitimate grounds to challenge the acquisition
