Rep. Chabot on China-Russia Relationship Amid Ukraine War

We have been watching closely the subtle and not-so-subtle moves China and Russia have been making to form an alliance now and leading up to the war in Ukraine. Many members of Congress have also expressed concerns over this growing threat. One of those members is Rep. Steve Chabot (R-Ohio) and NTD asked him for his perspective.
