Jordan Peterson: how can agreeable people cope with the 3% of people are psychopaths?

Credit the great man's Instagram account, @jordan.b.peterson with this gem. In it, Peterson is interviewed in split screen about agreeable people, and makes the observation that psychopaths make up between 1% and 5% of the general population.

So if that statistic is true, who are the psychopaths in the House of Commons at Ottawa?
