This week, we talked about the Heart-Wall. What is the Heart-Wall? It's a term coined by Dr. Bradley Nelson to refer to layers upon layers of energy around your heart made up of trapped emotions from past trauma. During the second half, I guided a process to help release some of these layers by invoking the presence of Divine Love.
