-18. Are there any good churches left in America? This crucially important message, to be part 1 in a series about the current plague of "lone ranger Christianity" that results from (1) the pervasive apostasy of our day that has taken hold of most churches and the rarity or absence of local churches worthy of attending or commitment to, and also from (2) the lack of understanding of what "the Church" is and of the crucial importance to every Christian's spiritual well-being of membership in and accountability to Christ's local, visible assembly of saints.

This message explodes the common, but heretical view that the Church Jesus built is a universal, spiritual, unorganized gathering of all born-again believers and provides the Biblical definition of "the Church" that is crucial to the topic, and further emphasizes the duty of every believer to be an active, accountable and functioning member of a local church body.
