Ursula Haverbeck – at the age of 93 – is once again on trial in Berlin facing imprisonment for expressing her views on a period of European history.
The present trial is an appeal relating to two convictions and a further 12 months imprisonment.
On Monday March 21st Ursula had the second day of these latest appeal hearings; the first was on Friday March 18th.
This is an English-subtitled version of a video report made by Ursula's fellow German patriot Nikolai Nerling, known as the Volkslehrer.
It was on one of his videos three years ago that Ursula Haverbeck uttered the words for which she was prosecuted, in the case of one of the convictions presently under appeal.
Please note that Mr Nerling should not be held responsible for this translation or for any errors, which are entirely my responsibility as assistant editor of Heritage & Destiny.
On another video posted to this account, you can find a Spanish-subtitled version of this same video.

heritageanddestiny This video ends with a tribute to the late Rigolf Hennig who died last Saturday, 19th March 2022. Dr Hennig was a loyal friend and colleague of Ursula Haverbeck, and was himself one of the most prolific and able writers on German history and politics.
TRUTH NEEDS NO LAWS TO PROTECT IT AND IT FEARS NO SCRUTINY OR WHAT A 93YR OLD SAYS!
