The Verdict (Movie Review) Episode 10

Terrific acting and directing -- and a good underdog story -- can't save a movie that goes off the rails near the end with both the protagonist (Paul Newman's character) and the final courtroom scene. It's a pity, seriously, because you REALLY want things to play out the right way.
As usual, my review doesn't give away plot spoilers for the fist 6 minutes or so, and then I warn you when that will happen.
I rate this movie 7 Popcorns out of a possible 10.
