- Chiefs signing Za’Darius Smith? Aaron Wilson of Pro Football Network reports that the Chiefs, Cowboys and Vikings are interested in Smith. Smith had 26 sacks from 2019-20 before playing in just 1 game last season as he was injured with the Packers
- Orlando Brown contract extension? The Chiefs placed Brown under the franchise tag, but both sides want to get a long-term deal done. Bleacher Report suggests that Kansas City should get a deal done ASAP so they can clear some cap space for 2022.
- JuJu Smith-Schuster contract details have emerged and his base salary for 2022 is $3.25 million with only $2.49 million guaranteed. Smith-Schuster can make up to $7.5 million more in incentives.
