Boeing 737 from Kunming to Guangzhou, flight MU5735, registration number B-1791, crashes in jungle near Guanxi province, China.

Tracking data showed the aircraft cruising at 29,000 feet at 2:20 PM. Some two minutes later it had dropped to just over 9000 feet and 20 seconds after that to just 3000 feet. Flight radar said that the indicated vertical dissent rate was 31,000 ft./min. or just around 350 miles an hour. The video shows the aircraft in a near vertical nose down position.

The flight pattern revealed by radar shows that the airplane was flying at 29,100 feet over mountainous terrain, with the crew about to prepare for the descent, when the nose abruptly pitched down and it began the dive. As it neared the terrain it seemed to briefly pull up but then resumed the dive to impact with enormous force.

This is not the Boeing 737 Max.
