Lewis Arthur gets SCHOOLED by the Teton County Sheriff Dept.

Lewis Arthur, claiming to be the court recognized advocate for Sarah Stanley and her child (River Jennings) called the Teton County Sheriff Dept and gets schooled. Arthur has inserted himself into a custody battle out of Idaho and is allegedly assisting Sarah Stanley and the child to remain in hiding from the father, Lee Jennings and the courts.
