Storage Locker Drug Stash

Siblings are supposed to help each other out. This principle may not extend to storing drugs in your sibling's storage locker though...

Bryan Moran stored some of his stuff in his sister Alysha's storage locker. While in jail for another charge (because of course he was), he learned that the storage locker needed to be emptied. The police, who were monitoring the call because it was from a jail (duh) decided to search the locker. They got Alysha's permission and found fentanyl.

Byran objects, and argues his sister did not have permission to consent. In today's case, we learn more about what consent to search covers, and perhaps learn how far sibling loyalty goes ...
