Streets of Rage 4 : Mr. X Nightmare HYPE part 2 (Shiva)

I finally get around to Shiva and he is an excellent juggler with a hatred of items, always throwing them and never wielding them. He is both a ground AND air juggler which is unique (I think), and the way he uses items also lets him juggle standing enemies. His range is kind of small but he can dash to make up for it. His only other weakness I would say is that you can't abuse items to extend your combos, or other weapon hax, but his way of using them is basically instathrowing them, and throwing is otherwise the strongest way to use items (except really long items like the spear in the Galsia room)
