Female student can't get university to help with harassment

Title IX of the education act prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex. This has been interpreted to include student on student sexual harassment. The University of Michigan was faced with evidence of harassment, but unlike so many stories of title ix, in this case, the university did next to nothing regarding the complaint.

In today's legal analysis, we discuss the facts of this case, and discuss if the university can be held responsible for doing too little. We also decide how US laws applies to US citizens in foreign embassies, foreign countries, on aircaft carriers, and other fun hypothetical.
