Streets of Rage 4 : Mr. X Nightmare HYPE part 3 (Max)

The hype train continues, but it isn't on the train level unfortunately. Max has a really good ground juggle, his air moves are really weak though. He also apparently can use a blitz attack with items, which (I think) is unique, his reach is also really good, both armed and unarmed. His slow walk speed is also offset by a charge for his blitz and forward special, which also add to his reach. He is also really good at grabbing, as a heavy character he can do it quickly and has a jump throw.
