Maryland Shall Issue sues the state for confiscation

Maryland passed a law forbidding people from owning items that make firearms work faster, such as bump stocks. However, they made it retroactive and didn't compensate people for making their once legal items forbidden. In today's story, we discuss the legality of this move.
