Prof. Tribe and I have a bit of a disagreement on legal interpretation. Tribe appears to suggest the executive should be allowed to bend / ignore the law if it will save lives. This is an argument without limit. I am pretty sure the executive could couch everything it wanted to do as "life saving" if it wanted. So let's not go down that road.
