Prosecutors drop the ball, but the court bails them out

During a traffic stop, a passenger (who was a convicted felon) was found with a firearm. During the trial, the prosecutor dropped the ball. In today's case, we discuss the court of appeals, who thoughtfully bailed out the prosecutor and upheld the conviction.
