The Tagarno is Looking DODGY (ATEM Flicker Fault)

What was previously suspected to the be the Blackmagic ATEM at fault. The Vibe now points toward the Tagarno ZIP microscope. Dodgy colour using another cable, and no ability to reach the setup menu any more on 4 different monitors!
